Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers. As such, the following guidelines apply to returns:

1. Non-Returnable Items
   - All items that are used, opened, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes toys, lubricants, lingerie, and other personal care items.
   - Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications are also non-returnable.

2. Returnable Items
   - Unopened and unused items in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.
   - Clothing and accessories may be returned if unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
   
3. Return Process
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ohsonaughty.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.
   - Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
   - The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds
   - Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.
   - If a product is deemed ineligible for return (opened/used), no refund will be issued, and the item will be discarded or sent back to you at your expense.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Please read the guidelines below:

1. Defective or Damaged Products
   - If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to include:
     - Your order number.
     - A description of the issue.
     - Photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

2. Exchange Process
   - Once your claim is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the defective or damaged product.
   - A replacement product will be sent out as soon as we receive the returned item. In cases where the exact product is no longer available, we will offer a similar item or provide a store credit.

3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
   - We cover the cost of shipping for defective or damaged products.

- Health and Safety: We prioritize your health and safety. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
Final Sale Items: Clearance or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
